I have to say, unfortunately, that I'm not too excited about my workplace these days. I like most of the people I work with, but the sterile environment is a little suffocating and a cause for mild anxiety.
One of the few personal touches I find respite in is iTunes. They may be able to take away my eccentricities, but they can't take away my music. Alas, for the sake of everyone around me and my cube (yes, my cube; did you doubt it was that bad?) it is at such a low volume that I often strain to hear it myself.
That is, until the streaming station I'm listening to tweaks their own broadcast and screws up my precise adjustments...
The fact that it happened during System of a Down's "BYOB" is just the icing on the cake.
