Maniac killer

You are a maniac
killer.

It doesn't matter who they are and what they
have or haven't done. You still want to kill
them. And for a simple reason only; it's fun.
Seeing people in pain is like ecstasy. Maybe
you have some sort of mental problems or you
are this way because of previous deep scars,
only you know. But now you are sadistic and
maybe you only like to see a special group of
people be in pain (e.g. preps). However you are
not the most social person in the bunch and
people think you are weird. That bothers you
somewhat but atleast you can entertain yourself
with daydreaming about killing them. After all,
they have no idea what's coming.

New Job

I KNOW! I KNOW! I am a POOR EXCUSE for a blogger!

Last week was my last at the temp job...everyone thought it funny to make it a busy week and throw lots of work on my desk. :-) That was fun.

The weekend consisted of lots of cleaning and looking around for a new vehicle which we're probably not going to get anyway...but it took hours.

Some drinking happened.

I started the new job on Monday, and as assumed, there is little time for personal things for the moment...which means I have to set aside some time these weekday evenings to review and relax. And I mhttp://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gifiss this! But I suppose I'll have some things to write about when routine returns...

I hope everyone is well and I hope I can sneak in some time here to read up/comment, etc...PLEASE email me if you'd like, I'll be back! This isn't a trick...

Otherwise known as "pulling a Jamie". ;-)

Talk to y'all soon...

Watch Where You're Walking

STATE COLLEGE -- Penn State student Matthew Melvin, 21, told police he was assaulted by two white men about his age about 2 a.m. Monday on the sidewalk in the 100 block of East Beaver Avenue.

Melvin made the report to police from Mount Nittany Medical Center, where he was treated for a swollen left eye and a chipped tooth. Police said Melvin told them that one of the two men walking toward him bumped into him and a pushing match occurred before Melvin was struck.

Police said Melvin told them that any time he gets struck, he does not remember much after the first punch. Police said they are treating the incident as alcohol-related.

I'm taking bets on who's more of a genius, the victim or the police.

Meow

CATS have been taking up a lot of my free time lately.

In the large grassy area that connects our backyard with all our neighbors live about six wild cats...three females, two males, and one young kitten. There are a number of areas locally that have had problems with hoarders or feral colonies, but I had no idea this existed outside of large cities until I started noticing the ones under our porch.

Apparently, the most effective thing to do (if you're going to be humane about it) is catch them, spay or neuter them, and return them to where they were caught. This limits the common annoyance factors of the males, stops the kittens, and most importantly, keeps other cats from simply moving in on the absent cats' territory.

So one of the females, who only ever let me come within about two feet of her, ran away from our upstairs neighbor and jumpted - twice - off of his second floor deck. I found her last week with a badly injured leg. After being turned away by three vets who wanted to charge us outrageously, I finally found a kind vet who is giving us a huge discount on her treatment, and not charging us at all for the fact that he is keeping her for two weeks until her stitches can be removed. Thanks to some help from PAWS and kind locals as well, it looks like all will be well for Miss Airborne, as she is healing and spayed. Now all that's left now is to find her a nice barn to live in so she doesn't have access to the deck.

Now on to catching the pregnant, friendly one...anybody want a kitten?

No Foolin'

Busy!!!

Some good news and some crazy transitions....first off, I OFFICIALLY HAVE A NEW JOB! It's always nice to know people are calling each other and saying nice things about you. I always knew that if I could just get a damn interview, everything would be fine. I put a spell on you, because you're mine.

So, now I have no more than two weeks at the temp job. What shall become of my weekday blogging???! Perhaps y'all will have to hear from me in the evenings now...*sigh*. But I promise I'll keep up. :-)

And now we're off for the second weekend in a row to help my parents paint their new house and move stuff. The old one isn't sold yet, though, so I'm hoping to get some pictures. The realty site doesn't do it justice.

On top of all this, it's over 50 degrees here already and it's only 9:30!! Perhaps spring is coming after all...

It's a beautiful driving day! ...and you know what that means:
